Treatment Approach

Dr. Santana takes a comprehensive, collaborative, and solution-focused approach to psychiatric care. She works closely with patients, parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team to understand each individual’s needs and create a personalized plan for care. Her approach may include diagnostic evaluation, medication management, care coordination, family education, and support across different levels of care.

With extensive experience working in crisis stabilization settings for both adults and children, Dr. Santana understands the importance of timely intervention, safety planning, and practical treatment strategies during periods of acute emotional or behavioral distress. What Patients Are Saying

  • I’ve been a patient of Dr. Santana’s for years, and she is truly one of a kind. From the beginning. First through Citrus Health and now through her own practice. She has always gone above and beyond to check in and make sure I’m doing okay. She’s incredibly attentive, compassionate, and has been more on top of managing my medications and overall health than I’ve been myself at times. Dr. Santana genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being, and I’m so grateful to have her support through every stage of my mental health journey. I can’t recommend her enough.

My family is very happy to be with her and grateful for how she has helped us see real results. 10 out of 10. The clinic staff are also wonderful girls. ❤️
