Treatment Approach
Jessica’s approach is warm, compassionate, structured, and goal-oriented. She creates a respectful environment where clients can feel heard without judgment while also receiving practical guidance and support.
Therapy begins with understanding the client’s current concerns, personal experiences, strengths, and goals. Jessica works collaboratively with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan and identify realistic steps toward progress. Clients do not need to arrive with the “right” words or a complete understanding of what they are experiencing, Jessica guides the conversation at a comfortable and supportive pace.
Her work may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and trauma-informed care. Jessica helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and make meaningful improvements that can be applied in everyday life.
